This was a small housing development for Prospect Homes. There are four examples of the house types built – Two detached with separate garage. A detached with an integral garage. A corner plot with a double garage.
These are examples of two of the house types, built for SJM Construction in Normanton in 2012. They were constructed in brick and blockwork, using Art Stone for heads and sills.
This one of the house types of a small housing development which we completed for ESH Group in 2016 at Allerton By-Water, Castleford. The style of build was a little different to achieve the Architect’s design brief.
This project consisted of civil engineering, alterations, additions, sneck and jump walling, dry stone walling, on-site cropping of old stone and some exceptional bespoke masonry works. This resulted in an outstanding end product that the client was extremely satisfied with.
These are two of the house types that we built for Prospect Homes in 2017. The photos were taken a few years later, showing that the quality of the work has stood the test of time.
Examples of two of the detached house types and a pair of semi-detached, built at the Saxon Dean, Silsden development. We spent two years on this site and, during this time, established a good reputation with Barratt Homes.
